Egyptian Night Train to Aswan | Philae Temple, Sharia as Souk Markets, Aswan - Egypt

Our adventure in Egypt with On The Go Tours continues, waking up from our sleeper train in Aswan, southern Egypt.

As soon as we step off the train we head straight to Philae Temple, an ancient 2300 year old temple on a small island, dedicated to the goddess Isis.

Then we check out our hotel for the night before heading out to the Sharia As Souk markets, a well-known local market spanning 7 blocks alongside the Nile.

All before an early night to wake up at 3am tomorrow for a trip to Abu Simbel near the border of Sudan.
