Form Tool Demonstration
This is a form tool I made to produce a large quantity of small tapered brass pins with a full radius on the end. It consists of two identical hardened cutters clamped to a pin that both aligns the cutters and provides a shank to hold the tool in a drill chuck. It cuts similar to a pencil sharpener.
