🍫 Chocolate Date & Cashew Energy Balls

Recipe (4 servings / 2 balls each):

🛒 Ingredients
🌴 16 medjool dates, pitted
🥜 2/3 cup cashews
🍫 2 tbsp cocoa powder
🧂 1/2 tsp salt

👨‍🍳 Method

1. Add dates, cashews, cocoa powder and salt to a food processor.
2. Blend until the mixture forms a thick, sticky dough.
3. If the mix is too dry, add a teaspoon of water and blend again.
4. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture.
5. Roll each portion into a ball between your palms.
6. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm, then serve.
