🥩 High Protein Sweet Potato Beef Bone Broth Bowl

Recipe (1 serving):

🛒 Ingredients
🥩 8oz lean ground beef (93/7)
🍠 1 medium sweet potato, cubed
🥬 2 large handfuls baby spinach
🍲 1/2 cup beef bone broth
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🧅 1/4 brown onion, diced
🌿 1 tsp smoked paprika
🌶️ 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
🧂 Salt + black pepper
🫒 1 tsp olive oil

👨‍🍳 Method

1. Cube the sweet potato and roast or pan-fry until edges caramelise, about 10 minutes.
2. Brown ground beef in a hot pan with garlic, onion, and smoked paprika until crisp on the edges.
3. Pour in the bone broth and let it reduce until the beef glazes in the liquid.
4. Toss the sweet potato through the beef and broth glaze.
5. Stir in spinach until just wilted, about 30 seconds.
6. Plate, season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and serve hot.
