TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY

Through this video i want to share my transformation journey with you all.
From 93.5 kgs to 81 kgs, I lost 12.5 kgs in 40 days.During these days I focused more on consistency and self discipline.
😀Followed "NO SUGAR DIET" strictly.
😀 1.5 to 2 hrs a day for 40 days.
😀Did some body weight excerises in between as well.
😀Walking for 4000 to 6000 steps per day after dinner.
Initially these workouts didn’t show any results but I continued with my regimen and gradually the changes were visible.
All my previous failures provided me with the extra amount of determination and energy to achive my goals.
