Paddy Pimblett’s Diet is Of Course more Critical and Specific while Training for a fight where he talks about Losing His Gained Weight during his 10 Week Training and Avoiding his Favorite foods like Burgers, Burritos, Desserts and Sweets.
Even when Paddy is eating freely while not planning for an upcoming fight he still Trains and Stays Active in the Fighting Scene which is where this Challenge originated, trying to handle Paddy Pimblett’s Day of Eating & Training. I think Paddy is not only a Great Person but has a substantial amount of Dedication to be able to not only lose weight but repeatedly for his Scheduled fights.
After losing 120lbs I consistently kept my Diet relatively healthy and lost Temptation & Craving for many foods that are included in this Video. The Curiosity for me was how would these foods make me feel currently and would I be able to handle a training session with this type of diet. Not just any Training though… A Professional UFC Fighter Training.
