Chest & Biceps sound weird? Let me prove you wrong, there's several benefits when Super-setting Chest with Biceps. Especially for beginners or anyone plateauing!
This is a Full Workout that you’ll be able to use for several weeks before your muscles become used to it. I’d recommend starting with lower weight than your average to get used to the workout and help limit your rest periods & Increase your amount of output in Reps and Sets.
