Guided Meditation #1 - with Shane Wilson - Breath , Body and Awareness

Welcome to this first video in a new series of sequential, numbered guided meditations designed to be used for ones meditation practice from start to finish. In this meditation you will find a mix of breath awareness, body scanning, and instructions in awear presence and what to look for in this and all meditation practices.
These short meditations contain basic to advanced practices and include instructions and words of inspiration back by original music and ambient sound.

Everyone is invited to join Shane each Wednesday evening at 7pm (AZ) for meditation and opportunities to learn and practice with Shane Wilson via Insight Timer Live. (see website for more information)
