Meditation Gathering The Wave Meditation

This is an edited recording from a live stream made on 10/14/2020 - Shane Wilson talks about the wave meditation and its practice. He leads us through a guided meditation based on the wave. Included in the total recording is a talk, a 10 minute guided meditation, followed by a 15 minute silent meditation. This is a scaled down version of the streams that are provided each week.
