This is an edited recording from a live meeting made on 12/09/2020 - Shane Wilson talks about the 10 perfections. He leads us through a guided meditation based on A look at life , dedicated to his father who died the following Monday. Included in the total recording is a talk, and a 20 minute guided meditation. This is a scaled down version of the streams and zoom sessions that are provided each week.
