Easy Yoga sequence for beginners

Yoga healthy way of life
If you are new to yoga or want to begin then this would be the sequence for you. But if you are #intermediate or #advance practioners then you can go in the posture and hold it to your capacity.
P.S. Don't forget to pause the video if you are holding the posture😉.
This sequence can be done by anyone, just make sure if you have any chronicle disease then please avoid the postures that doesn't feel comfortable.
Although I have explained the precautions along the session but please go through the following before starting the practice:
Breath: Always remember to breathe in when moving upward or stretching up and exhale when going down or contracting the abdomen.
Always perform the front bending with straight back and using lower back muscles and hips.
Back pain: Please avoid accessive front bending, look in front if bending in front and keep gap between your both legs.
Knee pain: Please avoid posture that put pressure on your knees or do them with support and only till the level of comfort.
BP: Remember to slow down/relax if you feel breathlessness, look in front when doing front bending postures.
Cervical/Spondylosis: When bending look in front or between hands and don't bend your neck in front.
