If you are looking for simple and effective workouts here on our channel we are going to give you those(please consult with your doctor first if you have any medical condition, post pregnancy exercise resuming guidelines are 6-8 weeks for normal delivery and 12 -14 weeks for cesarean delivery but We would recommend, to only start when you feel comfortable regardless of guidelines)
I have designed the workouts while keeping the new mommies like me in mind. Where they could do workouts along with their kid or in kid's #playtimes and other format will have regular workouts.
We will start from simple to moderate and then advance exercises/ yoga forms.

Before getting started please set out some goals for 3-4 months(goals should be realistic while keeping this in mind that you have got the current weight and size over a period of time then it would be shed over a period of time)
Do some measurements and keep record for future reference.
