High Hamstring Tendinopathy - DON'T Stretch It!

You may have been told to stretch your hamstring or glutes if you have a high hamstring tendinopathy, but please stop doing it. In this video Maryke explains why hamstring stretches and sometimes even gluteal stretches can make high hamstring pain worse.
