I love soup of any kind. This lentil soup just happens to be in my top favored. I call this Mediterranean style because this is not the Arab style lentil soup that I grew up eating, although that will be coming in a different video. This one was inspired by a restaurant in CA that we ate at while I was wedding dress shopping. It is also freezable which makes it perfect for this busy nights where you just don't feel like cooking.
