Day1:
Strong white flour 25 grams
Stone ground rye 20 grams
Luke warm water 45 grams

Day 2:
Strong white flour 25 grams
Stone ground rye flour 20 grams
Luke warm water 45 grams

Day 3:
Strong white flour 20 grams
Stone ground rye flour 20 grams
Luke warm water 45 grams

Day 4:

Discard mature starter 98 grams
Strong White flour 40 grams
Stone ground rye flour 40 grams
Luke warm water 80 grams

Day 5:

Discard mature starter 120 grams
Strong white flour 50 grams
Stone ground rye flour 40 grams
Luke warm water 90 grams

Day 6:

Ready to use !!
