Body Movement Flow to warm up or cool down.

Heees a little flow I came up with to help out with flexibility and mobility that could help with any sport.

I try to mimic some positions that you would find yourself in, in the sport of Brazilian JiuJitsu.

This is great for the hips, and at the very end I put a difficult upper body movement you can work on as well just for fun.
