Movement for BJJ training

Some snippets of my own Movement practice that I feel helps myBrazilian Jiu Jitsu game.

There's nothing that creates more body awareness, strength, and balance than going upside down.

There are various ways to work up to this and you can see through different segments of my training with several progressions.
