Ultimate Leg Burning Workout from Crossfit

Check out this workout I originally got from The Buttery Brothers.

Set a clock for 3:00 mins.

Press start button and Bike 1000 meters, then as soon as you are don’t get off the bike and start doing Air Squats with the remaining time.

Rest 3:00 minutes then do it again.
5 Rounds total.

You get to rest for 3:00 minutes between rounds so this is a perfect Partner Workout.

The goal they told was 300 Squats total by the end of 5 rounds.

I’m only about 230 squats total currently.

I threw in some midline work I got from CompTrainafter I was done.
