Committed to motivating athletes to be the best version of themselves possible, Athlete Training and Health is proud to announce our newest training center, coming soon to Katy, in collaboration with Memorial Hermann. This newest location with be the third ATH location in Houston.

The new 50,000 square foot Memorial Hermann Sports Park - Katy combines performance training for all athletes of all levels and ages - from youth to pro as well as active adults - with advanced wellness and sports medicine.

Performance training programs will be available to individual athletes, teams, organizations and active adults in early 2019.
