2️⃣ Half Bicycle: 4 sets of 15 reps each side
3️⃣ Russian Reach: 4 sets of 15 reps each side
4️⃣ Plank Pull-Throughs: 4 sets of 30 seconds
5️⃣ Swimmers: 4 sets of 20 reps
