Not My Comfort Zone! I Sew Men's Trousers | Regency Cosplay
This outfit has been on my list for a VERY long time and so I'm starting with the Regency Men's Trousers. I love the Regency period and I've made a historical regency outfit before, but this one is a men's costume and therefore requires a little more attention! It's a Darcy cosplay from the 1995 BBC Pride and Prejudice and it's my all-time favourite Darcy AND my all-time favourite outfit of his.
Given the number of Regency and historical fashion dramas that are coming to TV this spring, it felt like the perfect time to get my historical crossplay on and really go to town making historical clothing from such a popular period for fashion.
I hope that despite my relative lack of motivation and inspiration, you still enjoy this little jaunt into Regency Men's Trousers and the odd life of a Historical Costumer with a bad case of perfectionism.
For the Laughing Moon 131 Trousers, I used "View A" for those of you who are interested. Link below!
