Best Chest Exercises In Calisthenics (Chest Exercises To Build Muscle With No Equipment)
Yo brothers,
I hope you enjoyed the video. These are my favourite chest exercise for pack on muscle very quickly without any equipment at all. The exercise are (in no order) diamond push ups, tiger bend push ups, plyometric push ups and archer push ups. I suggest combo'ing them together into possibly a push or chest day workout and you'll smash it. Even doing these together in sets of 3/4 will build you a major chest. let me know if you give these a try or if they help you build muscle!
