I hope you enjoyed the video! Again sorry for not being about to share a work/more informational video. I've been so busy this week and have been suffering a shoulder injury so haven't worked upper body. Anyways I thought this would be a good little video because I've recovered quick due to some easy methods and tricks which everyone should do even if your not injured. With calisthenics you're putting a lot of strain on your body therefore you must treat your body well when your not working out.
