This video portrays a woman, Sarah, sitting at her dining table, in her yard gardening, and playing with her two kids.

Soft reflective piano music starts playing.

Words appear on the screen: “Sarah’s Story”.

Sarah: “So my name is Sarah, I'm from Ohio, I'm a mom of two kids.”

Words appear at the bottom of the screen: “Sarah is an Amazon employee”

She manually opens her garage door.

She tends to her vegetable garden with her son.

Sarah: “One day, you know, I was outside doing some yard work. Thought I would be really helpful and trim some bushes, so I started to cut them and I felt what was burning on my hands.”

Sarah: “It wasn't burning, here I was being stung, so I kind of jumped up and grabbed my phone and called my husband. I said, “Oh my gosh I -- I was stung”! Went into the garage and realized that I was still being stung; they were in my clothes.”

Sarah: “I went into the bathroom and when I came out I realized that something was really wrong. My motor functions had started to fail and as soon as I got my husband on the phone I let him know that something was wrong and with that I had gone unconscious.”

Picture frames containing photos of Sarah and her family are shown hanging on the wall.

Sarah: “My husband dialed 911 from his work phone and from his personal phone he had dropped in on our Alexa device, instructed my son and my neighbor how to administer the EpiPen, and was able to do all this through our Alexa device.”

Sarah walks through her yard while holding her daughter's hand.

Sarah: “At that time I was already blue. I was no longer breathing. When I did finally come to, the first thing that the ambulance had said was that if my husband hadn't acted so fast, made the decision to drop in on the Alexa and tell my son exactly what to do, I wouldn't be here.”

Sarah watches her son and daughter run through a field of grass.

She joins in and pays tag with her children.

Sarah: “My kids, I have never been prouder. My husband, you know, his quick-thinking is honestly what saved my life.”

Sarah uses Drop In with her daughter using an Amazon Echo Show.

Sarah: “Our devices at our house play such an integral part of our family now. They're so much more than just shopping and music, you know, for us it's part of our family.”

Sarah wraps her arms around her children and, looking at each of them, smiles.

A grid of photos of Alexa customers shows up on screen, along with words that say: “Share Your Story.”

Words appear on the screen: “AlexaStories@Amazon.com.”

The photo grid and titles cross fades into an Alexa Logo.

The music fades. The video ends.
