Western Global MD11 startup with airstart unit and t/o (OST/EBOS)

Footage of the elegant MD11 of Western Global, startup and take-off for a transatlantic flight to Bangor, ME, USA. N804SN required assistance of an ASU: an airstart unit which provides compressed air to the engines, in order to start. Normally this is provided by the onboard APU(Auxiliary Power Unit, but on this occasion it was not available. The number two engine (in the tail) is started, after which the ASU is disconnected. In its turn, number two engine can provide air for the other two engines to start.
