This even better sounding copy of the first night in Newcastle has just surfaced. This is not a Peter Wiley tape, but the release of his copy just a couple days ago likely influenced somebody to find this copy, so shout-out to them. This show now sounds nearly as good as the 2nd show. The sound is, like all copies, a bit extra muffled during Let Me Entertain You and the first half of Tie Your Mother Down, but once it clears up during Tie Your Mother Down, the sound quality approaches the 2nd Newcastle show. This copy doesn't only sound better, but a lot of the Royal Family watermarks aren't present on this copy, so that's a plus. Musically, everything on this copy is the same, although there is about 20 seconds of audience chatter missing before the show, and about 4 minutes of audience chatter missing between encores. I also added the smallest bit of noise reduction, just to minimalize the tape hiss.
