Papers please | Sunday Rant | Trucking Answers

On the Sunday Rant we discuss a recent night that I actually answered the office phone. What was on the other end? A driver who was unwilling to hand over his papers! This was not to the police, though. It was to a shipper so he could get loaded. I just don't understand it. It is not like it was some secrets being moved, it is just basically the shipping number and information. Give them the papers so you can get loaded!
