Condizucca, Pecorino, Gorgonzola & Nduja Pizza

A slightly different affair today. Condizucca (aka pumpkin cream) Pecorino, Gorgonzola & Nduja pizza. This was on a caputo nuvola base with fior di latte mozzarella. It was a really nice taste, slightly sweet but spicy due to the Nduja.

It’s a thick hard to spread paste like substance that you want to spread thinly. It’s a perfect combination that you should try. It’s not something I would use to replace tomato sauce but it’s ok for an odd pizza now and again.
