Everyone is an Engineer: Kyle Minshall at TEDxYouth@CityOfIndustry

Engineers are everywhere says Kyle Minshall, a teen programmer that developed his school's official IOS app "Troy HS". Nowadays, it's so relevant and prevalent for teens to get internship and it's not that hard. Kyle speaks from his experience of becoming an engineer and urges teens to look high and low for job experience, it may just add an extra boost to their college apps.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
