My Greatest Regret | Dealing With Death (Animation)

Have you ever experienced the loss of a loved one? The death of a close family member - mom, dad, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, grandfather, grandmother?

When I think back to the final weeks of my mom's life, I remember the one thing I regret the most. And I feel so guilty and terrible for it. I blame myself for not living up to the unconditional love and sacrifice I received from my mom my whole life.

In this video, I explain my one greatest regret in life and why something seemingly insignificant was so impactful to me. I can't say it's the most healthy thing for me to mull over, but this is the first time I'm finally sharing about. And I think sharing about it can be a great way to move on from negative emotions and help us channel that to better improve ourselves to live fully like our loved ones would want us to.
