Buffalo Chicken Panini - Similar to a buffalo chicken wrap!
This is a simple recipe video for a buffalo chicken panini using the following ingredients, and keep in mind this can be done with ANY meat,cheese, condiment etc. It is easy to make and also easy to adjust the macros on! You can change out the wrap for a sandwich thin, get rid of the avocado and save about 200 calories!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Mission Tortilla Wrap
6oz. Grilled Chicken
1/4c FF Cheddar Cheese
1oz. Hass Avocado
Jalapeños
Frank Buffalo Sauce
Macros:
Total Calories = 500
Protein = 55g
Carbs = 41g
Fat = 11g
