Holy Week

This is an outstanding Hymn Paraphrase based on the chorale, O SACRED HEAD NOW WOUNDED. It was written by Hector Olivera for Midi Orchestra (a Rodgers MX200 Sound Module) and Organ (a Rodgers 797M with 2 ranks of windblown pipes).
This organ is in the home of Steven Smith, Principal Organist of First Park Congregational Church, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
More than ever before, it has been a blessing to have a home practice organ during this Lenten Season of 2020 while all of us in the Midwest are following “stay-at-home” orders issued by our state governments.
It is my hope that you will enjoy not only the music, but also the images of the crosses and crucifixes found in the worship spaces of our Rodgers Owners in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
