This week’s show is on the Vocal Minority vs the Silent Majority. All too often decision makers are trying to plot the next course of action. What they end up doing is listening to what seems to be the majority who are speaking out and advising on a course correction. The problem is the loudest people often belong to the smallest demographic. When speaking with a lot of people they seem to not be aware of the concept of the Silent Majority. In short, content people don’t speak because they have nothing to speak about.
