Caldito de papas con carne y sopita

You will need the following ingredients:
For the caldo de papas
2 lbs. of beef cut into small pieces
(I used ranch steak, you can use any type)
8 potatoes (diced)
2 roma tomatoes (diced)
Half an onion (diced)
1 jalapeño (diced)
Garlic salt (pinch)
Season salt (pinch)
Pepper (pinch)
Knorr beef 1 1/2 spoons
Cilantro
Water
Cooking oil

For the Mexican soup
1 bag of sopita (I used the wheels)
3 1/2 cups of water
2 tomato knorr cubs
1 tomato sauce
Oil
