Green Chicken Enchiladas/ Enchiladas Verdes de Pollo

Hello mi gente! Today I’m going to show you how I make Enchiladas Verdes de Pollo. Hope you enjoy it!

I used the following ingredients:

To cook Chicken
- 2 lbs of Chicken breast
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Celery sticks (cut in 3)
- Water
- Salt (to taste)

To fry Chicken
- Oil
- 1/2 Onion
- 4 Yellow Bell Peppers
- Garlic Salt (to taste)
- Season Salt (to taste)
Salsa Verde
- 2lbs of Tomatillos
- 3 Jalapeños
- 3 1/2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Water
* Blend after cooking (fry in oil)

- Corn Tortillas
- Oil

Prepare with
* Lettuce
* Cheese
* Sour Cream
