Huevos Rancheros

Hello mi gente! Today, I’m going to show you a fast and simple recipe. This is how I make my Huevos Rancheros. Hope you enjoy it!

I used the following ingredients:

- Eggs
- Corn Tortillas
- Oil

* Any type of salsa you like
I had salsa I had previously made
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/4 onion
- 1 garlic clove
Boil all these together
- 2 jalapeño peppers (roasted)
* Blend all together add salt to taste (cilantro optional)
