Tacos de Pescado/Fish Tacos

Hello mi gente! Today I’m going to show you how I make Tacos de Pescado/Fish Tacos. I hope you enjoy it!

I used the following ingredients:

- 5lbs of Tilapia Fillets
- 2 1/2 Cups of all porpose flour
- Oil (enough to cover fish)
- Season salt (to taste)
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Pepper
- Tortillas (you can warm them upon the comal on the stove or in the microwave)

Coleslaw/Curtido/Salad
- 2 Bags of Coleslaw
- 1 Bag of sliced Carrots
- 1 Large red onion
- 2 Jalapeños
- 6 Cups of Boiling water (to cook all of the above ingredients for 1 min.) Drain and leave about a cup of the water.
- Cilantro
- Salt
- 1 tbsp of crushed chili flakes
- 1 tbsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of ground red pepper
- *1 cup of water (as noted above)
- 1 cup of vinegar

* Enjoy with lime or lemon
- Tapatio or any other hot sauce (optional)
