Intermediate Russian Grammar: Collective Numerals (собирательные числительные)

Два vs двое, три vs трое and so on. Yes, this part of Russian grammar can be confusing. That's why I've decided to make this video where I'm trying to explain how to use Russian collective numerals. This video is for those intermediate learners who are serious about improving the level of their Russian.

NB: In my video, I didn't mention using collective numerals for paired objects, such as носки, глаза etc (двое глаз, трое носков). The reason is that we usually say "три ПАРЫ носков" more often.

11:31 - there is a misprint: the form for instrumental plural should be "двоимИ"

Thanks a lot for watching!
