Do you think that "Russian numerals" is the scariest topic in the whole Russian grammar? Well, then I have good news for you because everything is not that scary! You just need to go step by step, then it will be easy.

At first, you need to learn how the numerals sound, fore this you can use the Numbers Listening Trainer. Then, when you already know the cardinal numerals, you will easily learn ordinal numerals (they are easier than seem because we change only the last number), then you learn each case separately depending on how often it is used in Russian speech.

F.e. today we will speak about Nominative and Prepositional cases because they will be the most used cases for years and centuries in Russian.

Students normally try to avoid saying years in Russian, but today I will teach you how to do it without long thinking, and you won't be scared anymore ;)
