012817 WRECKER VS PEDESTRIAN ALDINE MAIL

On Friday, January 28, 2017, at approximately 8:25 pm, an unknown male was walking from east to west through a parking lot located at 5202 Aldine Mail Road, Houston, Harris County, Texas. A white Chevy 3500 Tow Truck was driving north in the parking lot and struck the male. The male sustained injuries in the crash and found no signs of life on the scene. The identification of the male is being determined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. This case is under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff's Office Traffic Enforcement Division. According to witnesses the wrecker was just leaving a parking spot and was traveling at a very slow speed. Deputies are calling this a tragic accident.
