Beginner Meditation

This is as easy, ten minute, beginner meditation. Meditation was a practice I struggled with for awhile. I wasn’t sure why it mattered and was always worried about whether or not I was doing it “right.” What I’ve created with this (and other) guided meditations are the resources I wish I would have had in my journey. So, for the next ten minutes don’t worry about what you should or shouldn’t do, just allow yourself to BE.

Find a comfortable seat, maybe some headphone, hit play and I’ll guide you through the rest. Namaste.
