6 Minute Chest Workout - Hey guys, in this video tutorial on a dumbbell chest workout at home, I am going to show you how to get ripped in a quick 6 minute workout and in this video it will be focused on your chest. This is going to be your RIPPED IN 6 workout, which will be 4 different exercises, and they will all be done in a giant set. It will be 37 of each exercise, and you are going to do this for 2 rounds. After you do the 2 sets back to back, you will have 1 minute left for you to do a finisher. That being said, let’s get started in this video tutorial with a 6 minute dumbbell chest workout.

The very first exercise in this workout for chest at home with dumbbells is the Dumbbell Chest Fly. You want to make sure to get a good full range of motion, and really get a good stretch. Making sure to have a good form for those 37 seconds is very important in this chest dumbbell workout at home. Right after those 37 seconds you are going to go straight into the Chest Press, which is the next exercise in this 6 minute chest workout with dumbbells. The next exercise in this chest workout at home with dumbbells is the Dumbbell Pullover. Then, in this same exercise, you are going to squeeze the dumbbells together and do a chest press. So you do a Pullover and go right into a chest press for one rep, and do that for 37 seconds. After this exercise, you are going to do a Supinated Press in this dumbbell chest workout at home. You want your palms to be facing yourself, and you are going to do these alternating. Really focus on contracting your chest, and again with the supinated group your palms are facing behind you.

After you do one full set of the 6 minute chest workout with dumbbells, you are going to start the set over again with the Chest Fly. Do one more set, which will bring you to 5 minutes and then we will do the finisher in this intense dumbbell workout for chest at home. This is such a great 6 minute chest workout because it is quick, intense, and you can do it at home with only dumbbells. Your chest should be on fire at this point! Depending on your fitness level, if you need to take a break, go ahead and rest the dumbbells in one place so you have time to get caught up, and build your stamina back up because this 6 minute dumbbell chest workout is intense! Again, don’t feel bad if you need to take a quick break. Just rest the weights, don’t stop the workout, keep pushing through the intense chest dumbbell workout at home. Do the best you can, and make sure to have good form in this chest workout at home with dumbbells. This workout for chest at home with dumbbells is not easy, and it will be super intense and i’m sure you will see and feel the results. Just make sure that you are challenging yourself in this 6 minute dumbbell chest workout.

The finisher in this workout for chest at home with dumbbells is going to be a pushup finisher. You are going to do as many push ups that you can do in a minute to finish off this 6 minute chest workout. Even if you have to finish on your knees, that okay. Just give it your all for the last minute and don’t give up this dumbbell chest workout at home. The goal is to do as many as you can, and you will eventually build it up the more you do this 6 minute chest workout with dumbbells, and the more you build your chest.
