Plopsaqua - Maya The Bee Themed Water Slide "Wild River"

This is the 'Wild River' water slide at the new Plopsaqua water park in Hannut/Landen, Belgium. The water slide boasts an impressive Maya The Bee theme that was implemented in a very detailed manner. The ride itself is very slow, even compared to other more family-directed current water slides - riders have to push themselves forward multiple times during the ride. After a while, guests reach a switch point where they can decide between two different routes: While the right one is leading into the outdoor area of the water park, the left one is much shorter (and faster) and leads right into the runout pool which is shared by both routes.
