Strange Dueling Water Slides Across the Lawn at Irrland

These are the two dueling water slides at Irrland in Kevelaer, Germany. After plunging down a small drop, guests pass through a near-horizontal straight before eventually reaching the shallow runout lane. Smaller guests, especially children, frequently get stuck before reaching the end of the ride. Those riders who come to a stop too early have to leave the slide immediately and walk down the lawn towards the ride exit.
