Bixler QuadPlane Update #3 - Garage Hover

Got everything connected up and was able to do a garage hover with the Bixler 3 QuadPlane and Pixhawk Cube.

Some of the specs with the build so far:

4.25 lbs AUW
10x4.5 APC MR props
Suppo 2212/15 930kv motors
3000mAh 4S Turnigy Lipo
