PX4 Tiltrotor PID Tuning and Elevon Mixing with SweepWings Juggernaut Delta Wing

I'm slowly progressing along to get this PX4 Tiltrotor in the air! It's been sitting on the bench for too long and I'm ready to do a transition flight. This video covers the final steps before the maiden. The first thing I needed to do was dial in the PIDs since they are based off the E-Flite Convergence airframe. The other issue were the elevon mixers, which did not correspond to my elevon configuration for the SweepWings Juggernaut. After updating the mixer file everything appears to work well on the bench. You can learn more about mixers here:
