PCOS/PCOD is an issue which is now faced by ~30% of indian female population. This syndrome/disease can be cured and reverse by adding few changes like
*Active lifestyle
*Focus on healthy food
*Reduce sugar intake
*Good sleep and rest
*Breathing exercise
*Meditation etcetera
This video is a part of weekly PCOS/PCOD active lifestyle routine. Tuesday is a sweaty gentle cardio for beginners. A great way to keep organs happy and healthy.

LUNGE SET ( 3 sets)
