Chocolate Almond Cake | Flourless Chocolate Almond Cake | Keto Friendly & Gluten Free Recipe

In today's video, I'm sharing a recipe that was requested by one of you. It is a Chocolate Almond Cake, or Flourless Chocolate Almond Cake, because it has no flour in it. It is made with almond flour which makes it much lighter, but the chocolate flavors are rich and decadent still. Also you'll see my easy chocolate ganache recipe that is ready in minutes!
My mom makes this recipe all the time, and I couldn't wait to share this recipe with you all! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients List for your convenience (method of preparation is in the video):
For the Cake batter:
1 cup almond flour (140 grams)
3/4 cup unsalted butter (170 grams)
1/2 cup heavy cream (120 mL)
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate (455 grams)
6 large eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 grams)

For the chocolate ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream (120 mL)
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate (170 grams)
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
