Shared Ownership 2021 Update: 3 improvements made in response to public consultation

The Government has announced 3 further changes to the new Shared Ownership model. These changes have been made in response to a consultation the Government held in November 2020 to get feedback on how the scheme should be implemented. In this video, I discuss these changes, which I think are improvements, and how and when the new scheme will be implemented. The Affordable Homes Programme will deliver homes under the new Shared Ownership model.
