What is the First Homes scheme? | Starter homes for first-time buyers

The new First Homes Affordable Housing scheme will seek to support eligible first-time buyers to buy a home for a discount of at least 30%, compared to the open market price, and up to 50% below market value if the standard discount is insufficient in making homes affordable for local people.
